Now in our second year, Kirklees Business Conference consists of a FREE full day programme of business specific seminars, an exhibition involving close to 60 businesses, a clinic where you can cure your business ailments along with unlimited networking for all involved.
The whole ethos of KBC is to offer a greater support mechanism to Kirklees businesses.
How do we do this?
We don’t.
You do!
KBC '10 will provide business leaders, entrepreneurs and start-ups across Kirklees with the opportunity to improve skill sets not only for themselves, but also within their companies.
No business becomes successful without the assistance of other companies and individuals; be that a product, a service or simply good advice. Kirklees Business Conference offers Kirklees businesses a single location where advice and assistance are readily available across one day via seminars, an exhibition and excellent networking opportunities with hundreds of companies present on the day.
Nowhere else can provide such open access to vast numbers of receptive Kirklees decision-makers.
The whole ethos of KBC is to encourage Kirklees businesses to trade with each other more. It may sound slightly evangelical, but if more Kirklees businesses are inter-trading, they'll be more working capital swimming around, hence a stronger local economy and hence, more jobs created.
Additions for 2010's Conference include the 'Kirklees Business Clinic'. This will take place within a smaller seminar suite opposite the main seminar hall and will be a place where delegates can access specific advice from experts on various subjects, on a ‘drop in’ or appointment basis.
As ever, all delegate places are FREE and offered on a first-come-first-served basis.
Also in the calendar is Kirklees Summit, a quarterly meeting of Kirklees Business Leaders. Click here for more info: www.kirklees-summit.co.uk
